  • Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT)
A feminist, evidence-based framework that centers the healing power of relationships. RCT explores how connection and disconnection shape emotional well-being, with attention to systems of power, oppression, and belonging.
Focus: empathy, authenticity, reducing isolation, and fostering genuine connection.

    Sexuality Education & Consultation
A safe, inclusive space for learning and dialogue about sexuality, relationships, and identity. My approach empowers individuals with knowledge, confidence, and self-awareness to make healthy, informed choices.
Offered through: individual consultation and workshops.
All identities welcome, including sex-positive and kink-allied clients.

    Embodiment Practices
Using the body as a tool for healing and integration through mindfulness, movement, and self-awareness. Techniques include movement therapy, visualization, sensory awareness, and progressive muscle relaxation—to cultivate presence, balance, and acceptance.

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
An evidence-based trauma treatment that reduces distress from painful memories and anticipatory anxiety. Through bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain reprocess disturbing experiences and form new, adaptive beliefs.
    Certified EMDR therapist (EMDRIA, 2008).
Helps with: trauma recovery, anxiety, and shifting limiting beliefs.

    Polyvagal-Informed Therapy
Grounded in the science of the nervous system, this approach helps clients understand how their body’s responses affect emotions, relationships, and safety. Through body-based tools that activate the “safety and connection” state, you can regulate distress and restore calm.

    Yoga-Integrated Practices
As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I weave mindful movement, breathwork, and narrative into therapy to help clients reconnect with their bodies and create new patterns of awareness and resilience.
